摘要 自由基对机体的氧化损伤会引起一系列疾病,如血管粥样硬化、高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤、老年痴呆症等。为了治疗这些疾病,寻找资源丰富、高效、廉价、低毒的天然抗氧化剂成为趋势。甘蔗叶是一种资源丰富且价格低廉的植物,该植物中的许多成分是人体外源性抗氧化物质的重要来源。就甘蔗叶提取物中黄酮类、多糖类、多酚类及其他类抗氧化成分和药理作用进行综述,为甘蔗叶提取物的抗氧化活性成分研究提供参考。 Oxidative damages to organisms caused by free radical might lead to the occurance of many diseases such as atherosclero sishardening of the arteries, hypertension, diabetes, tumour, Senile Dementia. It has become an inevitable trend to find abundant, high ly-efficient,low-toxicitied and natural antioxidant to treat these diseases. Sugarcane leaves is a plant of rich resources and cheap price which has become an important source of exogenous antioxidant. This article summarizes previously reported studies on antioxidant composition of sugarcane leaves mainly consisting of flavonoid, polysaccharides, polyphenols, and other antioxidant compositions, and their pharmacological effects. It can provide the reference for further research.
