中药联合针灸治疗子宫下垂术后尿潴留临床观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Postoperative Urinary Retention with Uterine Prolapsed

目的:观察中医药联合针灸对子宫下垂术后尿潴留的影响。方法:将60例子宫下垂术后尿潴留患者随机分为针灸治疗组20例、中药联合针灸治疗组20例和常规对照组20例。针灸治疗组采用针灸进行治疗,中药联合针灸治疗组采用中药配合针灸治疗,常规对照组采用夹闭尿管的方法,比较三组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,针灸治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为40.0%、85.0%,中药联合针灸治疗组分别为50.0%、95.0%,常规对照组分别为35.0%、70.0%,中药联合针灸治疗组疗效优于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合针灸治疗可改善子宫下垂术后尿潴留情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：to observe the joint of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture effect on uterine prolapse of postoperative uri- nary retention. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group 20 cases, combination of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment group （20 cases and normal control group 20 cases. Acupuncture treatment group using acu- puncture treatment,traditional Chinese medicine combined use of acupuncture and Chinese medicine for the treatment of acupuncture treatment group and normal control group using clip urine tube method. Results ： the cure rate and total effective rate of acupuncture treatment group were 40.0% ,85.0% ,TCM acupuncture treatment group were 50.0% ,95.0% ,normal control group were 35.0%, 70.0%, Chinese medicine combined therapy with acupuncture treatment group is better than the other two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM acupuncture to improve uterine prolapse of postoperative urinary retention has obvious curative effect.
