低碳经济本质上是农业经济逐步向工业经济,最终到知识经济转变的经济形态,其内容是在不减少社会经济效益的前提下,通过技术革新提升能源效率,进而降低碳排放和控制温室气体浓度。工业革命为低碳经济的产生和形成带来了源动力,并将低碳经济最终带入高级化发展阶段。通过分析科技革命对低碳经济的作用,认为,我国应当抓紧开发利用可再生能源,打造低碳产业体系,引进和研发低碳技术,从而在新常态下确立和完善低碳经济体系。

low carbon economy is the agricultural economy gradually to the industrial economyf and ultimately to the economic transformation of the economic form , the content is to improve energy efficiency, and reduce carbon e- missions and control greenhouse gas concentration in the premise of not reducing social and economic benefits. The industrial revolution brought about the source power for the low carbon economy, and brought the low carbon econ- omy into the advanced stage of development. Through the analysis of the role of scientific and technological revolu- tion to the low carbon economy, this paper argues that China should pay close attention to the development and uti- lization of renewable energy, to create a low--carbon industrial system, the introduction and research and develop- ment of low--carbon technology, so as to establish and improve the low carbon economy in the new normal.
