摘要
通过对国内外转化医学发展现状进行梳理,分析我国转化医学科研模式运行管理过程中在学科语言、思维模式、顶层设计、体制机制、组织文化等方面存在的问题,进而从多角度提出相应解决策略。
The paper tries to arialyze the operation obstacles about translational medicine by investigating the de- velopment mode of translational medicine in China and abroad, The paper points out the existing problem about sub- ject language, thinking mode, top--level design, system mechanism, organizational culture in the process of operat- ing management, and discusses how we proposes the corresponding solution strategy from various perspective.
