科研信用是社会信用的重要组成部分,建立健全科研行为信用评价体系是提高国家科技创新能力的重要手段。从制度上规范和管理科研行为的信用评价体系,加强廉政建设,从源头上预防和治理科研失信行为,对中国的现代化发展具有重要的理论和实用价值。针对目前我国科研行为信用评价体系的现状和存在的问题进行研究,并对科研信用评价体系的完善提出了相应对策,同时针对科研信用管理提出了方法。

The in view of the pres- ent situation and existing problems in the current credit evaluation system of the behavior of scientific research in our country research, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures of perfect credit evaluation system for re- search, and gives the method for the research of credit management.
