社会科学研究奖项公信度的抽样测评研究

A Sampling Evaluation of the Public Credit Degree of Social Science Research Awards

以综合被引指数和学术价值、学术影响力为核心,基于获奖成果与全部可比成果中等量截优成果的综合被引指数比较思路,构建了社科研究奖项公信度测评模型。抽样测评表明,社科研究奖项整体公信度只有46.47%,处于差等级区间。应该切实改革现行社科研究评奖中的同行评议模式,尽快构建与市场经济体制相适应的社科研究评奖体系。

By taking the academic value and academic influence based on composite cited index{ CCI） as the core, and by comparing the prize achievements with the equivalent optimal achievements extracting from all the compara- ble achievements based on CCI, a PCD evaluation model of SSRAA is constructed. Research based on a sampling e- valuation shows that the overall PCD of SSRAA is only 46.47%, in the level of poor credibility. Then SSRAA sys- tem adapted to the market economy system must be established as soon as possible by reforming the current peer re- view model of SSRAA.
