摘要
受到大学排名评价机制的影响,高校实行的论文引用奖励政策存在奖励额度过高、对论文引用者和引用特定刊物的论文给予不当奖励的问题,助长了"人为引用"科研不端风气,挑战科研工作者的学术道德底线,刺激学术造假行为,引发科研浮躁现象,另外,还会加剧科研选题的"跟风"现象,不利于科研向纵深创新发展。
Due to the influence of university rankings, paper Reference Reward policy are widespread in theuni- versities and it has such problems like the bonusgiven is too high, the paper quoted and improper rewards to refer to a specific journal papers, it also has encouraged the "artificial reference" academic misconduct, the impact of scien- tific research workers to academic morals, stimulating academic fraud, cause research blundering phenomenon, and also intensify research "follow suit" phenomenon, so it is not conducive to the further innovation and development of scientific research.
