嵌入价值星系路径的传统产业转型--基于网络组织与创新策略视角

Traditional Industry Transformation Embeded in the Path of the Value Constellation:Innovative Strategies Analysis from the Perspective of Network Organization

在当前成本优势丧失以及同质化过剩倒逼转型的形势下,当初使传统产业企业得以跨越规模化拐点的网络组织结构以及由此形成的生态位,如今则可能成为阻碍企业通过创新策略成功转型的障碍。本文从网络组织结构与网络组织演化的角度对增量创新与破坏性创新这两种常用创新策略的瓶颈进行分析,提出嵌入价值星系的多维跨界创新思维的系统创新路径,并为实现此路径提供了建设"两库一平台"的政策建议。

Under the situation that the traditional industry is forced to transform by the loss of low-cost advantage and the surplus homogeneity, the network organization structure and the ecological niche that helped the traditional enterprise to span the point of scale inflexion might now hamper the success of transformation by innovative strategies. By analyzing the bottleneck of incremental innovation and disruptive innovation from the perspective of network organization structure and network organization evolution, this paper proposes the system innovation path with muhi-dimensional innovative thinking embed in the value constellation and provides the policy-making suggestions to construct ＂two databases ＆ a platform＂ to realize this path.
