摘要
信息技术发展使国际人才柔性流动成为重要趋势。本文采用文献计量方法,对1995年以来相关文献的年代分布、高频关键词、高产作者、高频期刊进行了分析,随后从定义、动因、形式、影响四个方面对国际人才柔性流动的研究成果进行阐释,并对两种国际人才柔性流动的最新形式给予提炼。研究结果表明:目前人才柔性流动相关研究已成热点,但系统性研究较少,对柔性流动的形式和影响的研究不深入,以国际人才为对象的成果稀缺,亟待补充。
The rapid development of information technology makes flexible management of international talent flows a major trend.The bibliometric method is used to analyze the age distribution,high-frequency keywords,high-yield authors and high-frequency journals since 1995.Then this paper gives a review from the perspective of definition,motivation,formation and influence.Also,we summarize the latest forms of flexible management of international talent flows.The results show that related issue is the hotspot in the field,but the systematic research is rare.Profound studies on the forms and influences of flexible management of international talent flows,as well as studies focused on international talents are urgent to be supplemented.
