摘要
在我国,大学教师压力大与教学质量低共存。如何解决这一教学悖论,尽管有多个视角,但大学教师职业发展是最重要的视角。大学教师职业发展由于受"学者即良师"观念以及"重科研、轻教学"评价导向的影响,教师偏重学术能力发展而轻视教学能力发展。另外,现行的教师评价漠视教师是学校的主人,不仅难以激发教师的主动性和积极性,而且还会使教师产生抵触心理甚至对抗行为。鉴于此,大学要确立"以人为本"的教师职业发展观念,制定"以人为本"的教师评价政策,促进教师由被动发展向主动发展转变,由注重外职业生涯发展向内职业生涯发展转变,引导教师走上学术能力与教学能力共融发展的道路。
In our country, university teacher pressure is big with low teaching quality. University teacher professional development is the most important visual angle to solve this teaching paradox , though having many visual angles. University teacher occupation develops since receive scholar the idea influence of good teacher, as well as value the appraisal lead of research light teaching, teacher emphasizes academic ability development to despise teaching ability develownent. Other, actual teacher appraisement is ignored completely teacher is the host of school, is hard to not only arouse enthusiasm and the initiative of teacher and can still make teacher produce conflict psychological even confrontation behavior. In view of this, university will establish develop idea with the teacher occupation of artificial book, prepare with the teacher appraisement policy of artificial book, promote teacher to change from passive develownent to active development, from emphasize outside professional career develownent to professional career development change, guide teacher to walk to go to school skill ability and teaching ability are melted totally the road of develownent.
