摘要 1989年至今,国内高校陆续开展创新创业教育,创新创业教育的师资队伍建设也取得了阶段性的成果,但考虑到创新创业型人才的需求以及学生的职业导向,高职院校创新创业教师队伍的数量和质量都亟须进一步提高。本文通过对高职院校创新创业教育的师资现状进行分析,明确了教师的能力定位,从政策环境、管理制度、内生动力三个方面探讨了高职院校创新创业教育教师的成长路径。 Since 1989, domestic colleges and universities have carried out innovation and entrepreneurship education, the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education faculty team has also achieved phased results, however, considering the needs of innovative entrepreneurial talent and students career guidance, both of the quantity and quality of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in higher vocational colleges are needed to be further improved. This paper analyzes the present condition of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, clarifies the orientation of teachers' ability, and discusses the growth path of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers in higher vocational colleges from three aspects: policy environment, management system and endogenous motivation.
