云南少数民族地区家庭食品安全问题研究 被引量:4

摘要 中国自从三鹿奶粉事件后,食品安全得到高度的重视,全国人大通过了《中华人民共和国食品安全法》,卫生部和中国疾病预防控制中心在全国建立了食品污染物和食源性疾病监测体系,但家庭食品安全并没有受到社会的重视。云南发生的食物中毒事件居全国各省之首,主要发生在家庭之中。云南三个自然村的调查资料表明,乡村家庭食品安全还存在非常严重的问题。
