脊髓小脑共济失调Ⅰ型一家系

摘要 先证者(Ⅲ3)男,44岁,因“行走不稳13年,口齿不清、饮水呛咳10年,上肢抖动8年”就诊。31岁时开始出现行走不稳,行走时有“踩棉花感”。行走不稳症状呈进行性加重,并于发病后3年出现言语含混不清、饮水呛咳。发病后5年出现双上肢不自主抖动,以持物时明显,影响持筷、系纽扣等日常生活。病程中无肢体疼痛、麻木、肌肉萎缩等症状。体格检查:神志清楚,高级神经活动正常,小脑语言,颅神经查体未见异常。
