摘要
现有胜任力模型构建方法大多具有较强主观性,以及缺乏工作过程数据分析,导致构建模型缺乏定量化的结果,对此结合当下移动互联网的发展背景,在对传统胜任力模型的研究基础上,提出并设计了一种新的胜任力模型构建方法,重点讨论了胜任力模型隐式特征的挖掘过程,给出了过程数据归一化、权重量化以及差异性检验等相关数据处理方法,从而实现了胜任力特征的提炼以及各指标结果的量化,使之可进行实际的运用,最终结合实例对研究方法进行了验证,实现对传统胜任力模型的有益补充.
Most existing building methods of competency model are of strong subjectivity, and lack of data analysis in the working process. It leads to the model with lack of quantitative results. Based on the research of traditional competency model and the development of the current mobile Internet, a new model construction process is designed in this paper and the mining process of implicit feature of competency model is discussed. The related data process methods, such as process data normalization, weight quantification and difference test, are discussed. Then the competency features are extracted and the indicator results are quantified. Finally, the research method is verified by an example, and the traditional competency model can be complemented usefully.
