摘要
改革开放30多年来,随着经济发展和人们生育观念的改变,宁夏早婚人数比例大幅度下降,妇女平均初婚年龄不断升高。2000年至2010年,宁夏的一般生育水平、已婚生育水平、有偶率的下降幅度均高于全国水平。宁夏地区的总和生育率较低,濒临人口不可持续发展的状态。建议政府及有关部门采取积极措施,实现人口均衡发展。
In the past 30 years, with the economic development and the change of the concept of birth, the early mar- riage rate declined and the average of marriage age was arising. Since 2000 to 2010, the general level of fertility, married fertility, the married rate declined more than the national level. The total fertility rate in Ningxia is relatively low, and the status of the population is on the verge of unsustainable development. The author recommends that the government and rele- vant departments take active measures to achieve the balanced development of population.
