21世纪我国中职、高职与高校教育办学理念与模式的差异性研究

Research on the Differentiation of Educational Philosophy and Pattern of Secondary Vocational Schools,Vocational Colleges and Universities in China

随着高等教育大众化发展,中国面向职场毕业生的就业压力越来越大,而市场需求人才却越来越紧缺。针对我国中职教育、高职教育和非高职的普通高校的办学理念和模式定位的差异,借鉴国外学校的成功经验,作出办学模式差异性梳理及办学模式建构,为我国社会发展和教育决策提供一些依据。

With the development of the popularization of higher education,the employment pressure for the job-hunting graduates is increasing in China,but the talents demanded by market is increasingly in shortage. For the differences in educational philosophy and mode for secondary vocational schools,higher vocational colleges and non-vocational colleges in China,learned from the successful experience of foreign schools,the thesis combs the differences in school running patterns and constructs the school running patterns,which will provide some basis for the development of the society and the decision of education.
