摘要
体育舞蹈是一种竞技运动项目,该项目主要结合了体育和舞蹈的双重性,主要练习形式是在音乐的伴奏下男女配合进行练习,练习的动作以单个动作为基础,将所学动作进行组合配套练习。很多高校将体育舞蹈作为体育选修课进行开展,体育舞蹈在我国开展以来深受人们的喜爱。但由于很多人之前没有接触过体育舞蹈,他们在这方面的基础能力相对较差,尤其表现为协调性和柔韧性较差。体育舞蹈与其他体育项目的不同之处正在于这项运动对人体的协调性和柔韧性要求较高。因此,对协调性和柔韧性的训练是体育舞蹈专项训练的重要内容。
Sport dance is an athletics item,which combines sport with dance. The main form of it is the exercise of movements of a male and a female to music. With the single movements as foundation,the learners practice the series of movements. However,many people are less skilful in terms of coordination and flexibility. Therefore,training of coordination and flexibility is an important part of the special training of sports dance.
