摘要
为解决高职英语教学"同质化"和"单一化"的问题,通过调查研究和总结,分析构建高职英语个性化人才培养体系的实践意义。结果表明:个性化人才培养是高职院校发展的必然趋势。进一步分析当下个性化人才培养体系的现状和问题,并得出解决途径,为进一步开展实践性研究提供基础。
To solve the problems of ＂homogenization＂ and ＂single＂ of English teaching in higher vocational colle- ges, through researching and summarizing, it analyzes the practical significance to construct the system of talents training in Higher Vocational English teaching. The results show that the cultivation of individualized talents is the inevitable trend of the development of higher vocational colleges. It further analyzes the current situation and prob- lems of individualized talent - cultivating system, and draws the solution, to provide the basis for further practical research.
