从社区口译体系看城市语言生态建设

On the Ecological Construction of Urban Language from the View of Community Interpretation System

从社区口译的视角入手,对我国少数民族散杂居城市的语言生态现状进行分析。结合系统哲学理论、民族学理论和社区治理理论,提出加强制度建设和加强专兼职相结合的队伍建设,是完善城市社区口译制度的有效途径。

From the perspective of public service interpretation, this paper discusses existing problems and corre- sponding solutions to language ecology of scattered and mixed ethnic minorities in cities of China. Based on system- ic theory, ethnic theory and community governance theory, the paper proposes two approaches to solve the prob- lems： strengthening institutional building and constructing a team with the combination of both professional and part - time interpreters.
