超声提取广西白木香叶黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 探讨白木香叶中黄酮的提取工艺,以广西白木香叶为原料,通过单因素试验,研究不同提取时间、超声功率、乙醇浓度以及料液比对白木香叶黄酮提取率的影响,并采用正交试验优化超声提取白木香叶黄酮的工艺条件参数。结果表明,超声提取白木香叶黄酮的最佳工艺条件为提取时间25 min、超声功率250 W、乙醇浓度80%、料液比1:40,在此条件下提取率为6.3096%;超声提取工艺优于常规提取工艺。 In order to study extraction technology of flavonoids from the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis, the influence of different extraction time, ultrasonic power, concentrations of ethanol and material to liquid radio on flavonoids extraction yield was evaluated using single-factor experiment method with leaves of Aquilaria sinensis in Guangxi as raw materials. Then the orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize ultrasonic extraction parameters. The results showed that the best conditions for ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids from the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis were as follows:extraction time of 25 min, ultrasonic power of 250W, ethanol concentration of 80 % and material to liquid ratio of 1 : 40. The yield of flavonoids was 6. 3096 % under the best conditions. The ultrasonic extraction process is superior to the conventional extraction.
