摘要 针对目前稠油热采井套损严重,下返或调层回采及下小套管二次固井修套复合措施工作量逐年增加,一体化作业固井水泥浆无法返至地面,化学堵漏剂封堵固井费用高的问题,研制出一种抗300℃低伤害热采井抗高温水泥浆配方,该配方具有以下特点:(1)抗窜强度大于28 MPa(300℃,72 h,21 MPa养护);(2)具备一定的驻留性能和封堵大孔道地层的能力,保证实现封堵和二次固井一体化连续作业;(3)具有良好的胶结性能和抗300℃高温的能力,确保封堵和封固的可靠性和耐久性。 For the current heavy oil thermal recovery well casing damage, the next return or adjustment layer mining and the next small casing secondary cementing repairing compound workload increased year by year, the integration of cementing cement can not return to the ground, chemical plugging high-temperature cement paste formulation for thermal-recovery wells with temperature of 300 ℃, the formula has the following characteristics(1)Anti-channeling strength greater than 28 MPa(300 ℃,72 h,21 MPa).(2)A certain resident performance and the ability to plug large-pore formation to ensure the realization of closure and the second cementing continuous operation.(3)A good bonding properties and resistance to high temperature of 300 ℃ to ensure the sealing and sealing the reliability and durability.
