摘要
本研究以双亚胺基吡啶/氯化亚铁/MAO为催化体系,开展乙烯齐聚制备α-烯烃的工艺研究。考察了溶剂、温度、压力、主催化剂、助催化剂用量对反应速率和活性的影响,确定了实验室反应工艺条件,催化剂活性稳定在(1.0~1.5)×108g产品/(mol催化剂·h)。
In this study,the process of preparation of alpha olefins by ethylene oligomerization was studied by using the 2,6-bis(imino)pyridyl/ferrous chloride/MAO as catalytic system.We examines the effect of the solvent, temperature,pressure,amount of the main catalyst and amount of the Co catalyst on the reaction rate and activity.We determined the reaction conditions in the laboratory,catalyst activity and stability between(1.0~1.5)×108 of the g product per mol catalyst·h.
