甲醇制丙烯装置空气系统优化

摘要 针对某工厂现有的两套MTP装置不同工况条件下空气用量情况,对空气管网进行改造,在空分装置1#、2#纯化系统出口各抽取10 000 m3/h空气送至工厂空气管网。通过优化,可压缩空压机启动时间,大幅度节省用电消耗,节能降耗效果显著。 We optimise air pipe network in view of the existing two sets of MTP devices under different conditions of air usage conditions.Extraction of 10 000 m3/h air from the air separation plant 1#,2#purification system sent to the plant air pipe network.The starting time of the compressor can be compressed and the energy consumption of the air compressor is greatly saved by optimization, and the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption is remarkable.
