高职毕业生就业形势分析与对策——以渤海船舶职业学院为例

随着高校扩招政策的实施,大学生数量急剧增加,随之而来的大学生就业问题日益凸显。从高校扩招政策、地域经济背景、毕业生就业流向、个人因素影响、高校专业设置等方面入手,对大学毕业生尤其是高职毕业生的就业形势及其形成原因进行分析,并从国家、社会、学校、个人四个层面提出对策,旨在帮助大学生把握自己的专业定位,增强责任意识,调整就业心态,以切实提高就业率。

With the implementation of college enrollment expansion policy, the number of college students has increased dramatically, and the problem of college students＇ employment has become increasingly prominent. Starting from college enrollment expansion policy, regional economic background, employment direction, personal factors, professional settings, etc. the author analyzes the employment of college graduates, especially higher vocational college graduates, puts forwards countermeasures from the four levels of state, society, school and individual, aiming at helping college students grasp their professional orientation, enhance the sense of responsibility, adjust the employment attitude, and thus effectively improve the employment rate.
