摘要
大学生的心理素质对我国未来的社会经济发展及科学技术发展有着至关重要的影响,所以现阶段,我国高校除了注重文化知识等方面的教学之外,也应适当增加心理健康教育在教学中所占的比例。通过随机抽样的方式对学生进行心理健康状况的调查研究发现,阅读疗法的实施可有效提高学生抗压能力,促进学生的身心健康发展。
The psychological quality of college students has a very important influence on the the development of social economy and science technology in the future. Therefore, at this stage, our colleges and universities need to increase the proportion of mental health education in teaching properly, besides culture knowledge etc. A random investigation research of students＇ mental health status shows, the implementation of reading therapy can effectively improve students＂ pressure resistant ability, and promote the healthy development of students＇ physical and mental health.
