焊接桁架节点板应力的有限元分析

摘要 在工程实际中桁架杆件以角钢、槽钢、工字钢以及冷弯薄壁型钢为主,为了使桁架的节点连接更加可靠,在大多数情况下采用节点板的形式。由于桁架中节点板受力复杂,影响因素很多,由节点设计引起的安全事故比例很高,因此节点板受力性能的分析及节点板设计非常重要,而现行设计规范没有明确给出钢桁架节点板的设计方法。对于桁架尤其是大型桁架的设计,在满足整体承载能力的条件下,必须使节点板的设计满足整体的强度要求。研究针对几种不同截面的杆件对节点进行有限元分析,再结合有关工艺和规范,为工程实际中合理的节点设计提供依据。 In engineering practices,the truss rod pieces mainly are angle steel,box steel,I-steel and coldformed thin-walled steel and in order to make the joint conjunction of truss more reliable,the form of gusset plate will be adopted in most cases.Due to the stress of gusset plate in truss is complicated it will be affect by many influence factors,the ratio of safety accidents caused by joint design is very high,so the analysis of mechanical property and the design of gusset plate are very important,but the current design specifications have not proposed the specific design procedure of steel truss gusset plate.As for the design of truss,particularly the large-scale truss,the design of gusset plate must meet the overall strength requirement under the condition of meeting the overall carrying capacity.This paper targets at rod pieces with several different section to conduct finite element analysis,then combine with relevant process and specifications to provide a basis for reasonable joint design in engineering practices.
