新型城镇化视阈下人的城镇化

Study on Human Urbanization from the Perspective of New Urbanization

城镇化是实现现代化的必由之路,是促进城乡一体化的内在动力,是推动城乡经济发展的有力支撑。在国家新型城镇化规划中,提出以人的城镇化为核心,合理引导人口流动,有序推进农业转移人口市民化。这种人的城镇化既要有量的要求也要有质的飞跃。城乡建设最显著的特征就是快速城市化,城乡发展中出现的问题也日益引起社会的高度重视。人的城镇化在释放内需、促进制度创新、实现农民工市民化等方面起着积极作用。

Urbanization is the only way achieving modernization,the internal power promoting urban-rural integration and strong support improving economic development of urban and rural areas. In the national new urbanization plan,human urbanization should be core. We should let population move reasonably and promote agricultural population to be urban population in an orderly manner. This kind of human urbanization should not only meet the requirement of quantity but also quality. The most prominent feature of urban and rural construction is rapid urbanization,but the problems of urban-rural development have been also increasingly attracted the attention of the community. Human urbanization plays a positive role in the release of domestic demand,promotion of institutional innovation and citizenization of migrant workers and so on.
