我国研究生学术诚信失范的表现、原因及对策

Manifestations,Reasons and Countermeasures of Anomie of Postgraduates' Academic Integrity

我国研究生的学术诚信失范主要表现在学术过失和学术不端两个方面。造成研究生学术诚信失范的原因复杂多样,内因有研究生本身对学术规范认识不足、诚信意识淡薄等;外因有学校和导师的诚信教育相对缺失,以及相关的学术机制不完善和整个社会大环境浮躁等。由于研究生教育是我国高等教育的重要环节,因此加强研究生自身学术道德修养并且积极发挥学校和导师的教育、引导作用,以及改革和完善相关学术机制等是保证研究生教育质量的当务之急。

The anomie of postgraduates＇ academic integrity mainly includes two aspects of academic negligence and misconduct.The reasons of anomie of postgraduates＇ academic integrity are diverse and complex. The internal factors include the postgraduates＇ lack of realization on academic disciplines and weak credit consciousness; the external factors include the deficient honesty-credit education from universities and mentors,incomplete relevant academic mechanisms and fickle society. Because postgraduate education is an important part of our higher education,strengthening the graduate＇s own moral cultivation and exerting the effects of universities and mentors＇ education and guidance and reforming and improve the relevant academic mechanism are urgent matters to guarantee the quality of postgraduate education.
