我国沿海区域海洋文化产业溢出效应研究

The Research on Spillover Effect of Marine Culture Industry in China Coast Areas

海洋文化产业是海洋经济的重要成分,海洋文化产业的发展对海洋经济产生溢出效应。运用文化生产力论及文化资本论分析海洋文化产业的溢出原理,阐述海洋文化产业溢出路径;通过收集沿海10个省市数据,选择随机前沿分析法对海洋文化产业溢出影响因素进行实证分析,结果表明我国沿海区域政府对海洋文化产业发展支持、海洋文化产业市场活跃度、互联网发展对海洋文化产业溢出效应有正向影响;我国海洋文化产业基础设施建设对海洋文化产业溢出有负向影响,此外我国沿海区域海洋文化消费不能带动海洋文化产业溢出效应。针对实证分析结论,将供给侧改革作为我国沿海区域海洋文化产业发展方向,从培养海洋文化消费增长点、提供海洋文化精品、完善文化市场机制及发展海洋文化新型业态四个方面提出建议。

Marine culture industry is an important component of marine economy,and the development of marine culture industry would generate spillover effects on marine economy.This paper analyzes the principle of marine culture industry＇s spillover effect through the theory of cultural productivity and cultural capitalization,and expounds the spillover path;by collecting the data of 10 provinces and cities along the coast,the paper uses the stochastic frontier model analyzing data collected from10 coast provinces and cities for the influencing factors of marine culture industry spillover effect.The results indicate that government＇s support,marine culture market activity,the development of the Internet have positive impact on marine culture industry spillover effect;the infrastructure construction has a negative impact and marine cultural consumption has little impact on spillover effect.According to the empirical analysis,this paper considers supply-front reforms as marine culture industry development strategy and suggests that we could promote marine culture industry spillover effect through cultivating new marine culture consumption growth area;providing more high quality marine cultural products,improving culture market mechanism and the developing new formats of marine culture.
