摘要
目的:观察普瑞巴林联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的疗效。方法:将96例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各48例。对照组给予普瑞巴林口服,治疗组口服普瑞巴林的同时联合局部神经阻滞治疗。分别记录两组治疗前及治疗后1周、2周、4周的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、普瑞巴林用量,4周后评价治疗效果。结果:联合治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组VAS评分减低、普瑞巴林用量减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4周后治疗组和对照组的有效率分别是87.71%、68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普瑞巴林联合神经阻滞是一种治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的有效方法,值得临床应用推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of pregabalin combined with nerve blocks for the treatment of patients with post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:96patients with PHN were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=48)was treated with pregabalin,while the treatment group(n=48)was treated with pregabalin and nerve blocks.The VAS score and dose of pregabalin in two groups were recorded before treatment and 1、2、4weeks after;the efficacies of the two groups were compared after 4weeks and the adverse reactions were observed.Results:Thepain scores in two groups have decreased significantly compared to those before treatment(P<0.05);there were a significant mean reduction of dose in pregabalin combined with nerve blocks group compared to pregabalin group(P<0.05);the effective rate was 87.71%in the treatment group and 68.75% in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions:The results suggest that the treatment of PHN using pregabalin combined with nerve blocks is a reliable method,which deserves to be used in clinical widely.
