实习护生手卫生知识认知及影响因素调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Student Nurses' Knowledge of Hand Hygiene and Influencing Factors

目的:了解实习护生手卫生认知情况,改进临床带教工作。方法:随机调查医院实习护生110人,调查采用自行设计的实习护生手卫生认知情况调查问卷,问卷内容包括一般资料、手卫生知识培训情况、洗手指征、手卫生相关知识、干手方法及影响洗手、手消毒原因调查等部分。结果:92.7%护生表示接受过手卫生相关知识培训,其中60.9%的培训来自于实习医院,31.8%来自于学校;护生对洗手指征掌握情况较好,正确认知率在96.4%以上;手卫生相关知识认知有待提高,其中正确认知率最低的三项依次为六步洗手法揉搓双手时间,快速手消毒液是否需要在双手干燥情况下使用,使用快速手消毒液是否可以完全替代洗手;对于干手方法的选择,100%的护生均选择一次性擦手纸,没有护生选择在工作服上擦干;影响实习护生洗手和手消毒原因主要是:洗手和手消毒导致手部干燥或不舒适、工作太忙没有时间。结论:加强护生在校学习期间手卫生及院感相关知识学习很有必要,在临床带教过程中,护生手卫生知识培训需要加强,手卫生相关知识培训质量有待提高。

Objective:To learn student nurses'knowledge of hand hygiene in order to improve clinical teaching work Methods:110student nurses in the first people's hospital of Jingzhou had been randomly surveyed by the self-designed questionnaire on the student nurses'knowledge of hand hygiene including 5parts:general information,training of hand hygiene knowledge,indication of washing hand,knowledge related to hand hygiene,methods of drying hands and factors influencing washing hands and hand disinfection.Results:92.7% of the student nurses surveyed were trained with the knowledge of hand hygiene,60.9% of them trained in the hospital where they practiced internship and 31.8%in their schools.The student nurses had a better mastery of indication of washing hands,the correct rate more than 96.4%;knowledge related to hand hygiene needed improving,including a duration of rubbing both the hands in the six-step hand washing method,whether the hands should be dry for quick hand sanitizers and whether quick hand sanitizers could entirely replace conventional hand washing.100% of student nurses chose disposable towels to dry hands rather than uniforms.The causes affecting student nurses'hand washing and hand sanitizing were:hand dry or discomfort,and lack of time because of busy work.Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the sense of hand hygiene and the study of related knowledge in school.In clinic teaching training quality of hand hygiene for student nurses should be improved.
