摘要 采用消失模铸造法试制了一种VC_p增强的复合耐磨合金材料,并采用盐浴热处理法研究了淬火温度和碳分配时间等Q&P热处理工艺参数对其硬度和冲击韧性等力学性能的影响。结果表明:淬火温度和碳分配时间对材料的硬度和冲击韧性等力学性能指标有一定的影响。随着碳分配时间增加,耐磨合金硬度先缓慢增加,然后减少;而淬火温度对硬度虽然有一定的影响,但并不是很明显。随着碳分配时间增加,耐磨合金的冲击韧性逐步增加,且有一个较长的稳定期;当碳分配时间超过一定值后冲击韧性反而出现了下降。而淬火温度会影响其冲击韧性增加的速率。 A composite anti-wear alloy with VCp strengthen phase was cast by expendable pattern casting method, and the effects of the quenching temperature and carbon partitioning time of Q&P heating treatment process have been researched on the mechanical properties of the composite anti-wear alloy materials by the salt bath quenching. The experimental results show that there are certain effects on the hardness and the impact toughness of the composite anti-wear alloy materials from the quenching temperature and carbon partitioning time. The hardness of the composite anti-wear alloy increases slowly at first, and then decreases fleetly when the carbon partitioning time exceed certain value. There are certain effects on the hardness from the quenching temperature, but it is not obvious. In addition, the impact toughness of the composite anti-wear alloy materials increases gradually with the carbon partitioning time increases, moreover stable for a long time. The impact toughness will decrease when the carbon partitioning time exceed certain value. The quenching temperature affects the increasing rate of the impact toughness.
