摘要
在开发某型风机的启动试验中,由于叶轮出现轮芯松动的现象,在风机启动时产生异音。针对轮芯松动问题,本文重点从叶轮轮芯的结构和热处理状态两方面对轮芯松动的影响进行分析,设计了几种方案进行生产对比试验,找出了轮芯松动的具体成因,并结合实际生产的需要进行相应的工艺改进,很好地解决了轮芯松动的质量问题。
At start-up test of a certain type of fan's development, some abnormal sound may be heard at starting a fan because of the loose inlay casting core. Aimed at the loose problem of core, this paper focused on the analysis of the inlay casting core structure and the heat treatment, which would cause the core loosening. Several schemes were designed to carry out the production contrast test, then the concrete causes of the core loosening was found out, and some processing was improved combined with the production requirements, the quality problem of the core loosening was solved successfully.
