摘要
介绍了湿法冶金用铍铜合金捏合机关键部件铸造采取的措施及生产工艺,对铸件生产的关键工艺技术进行分析,通过介绍捏合机部件的铸造工艺,对浇注位置、冒口、冷铁、固定横条的设计、熔炼工艺、浇注方式等参数进行控制,成功研制出了满足湿法冶金用捏合机铸件,成功应用于国内某企业。
The production technology and measures of key components of the beryllium copper alloy Kneaalng machine for wet metallurgy was introduced. The key process technology for the production of the castings were analyzed, including of the design of pouring position, riser, cold iron, fixed bar, smelting process, casting methods control parameters. The kneading machine casting was successfully produced and applied to a domestic enterprise.
