摘要
目的分析非结防机构报告肺结核或疑似肺结核患者转诊与追踪情况,探讨进一步改进工作方法。方法采用SPSS11.5统计软件,对湖北省2010—2015年不同类型肺结核患者(实验室诊断患者、临床诊断患者和疑似患者)的转诊到位率、追踪率、追踪到位率与排除率之间的差异进行比较;并对现场专项督导时收集的资料进行分析。结果转诊到位率为54.98%,不同类型患者转诊到位率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=288.76,P〈0.05);追踪率为99.54%,追踪到位率为90.66%,不同类型患者追踪率和追踪到位率差异有统计学意义χ^2值分别为15.60和1 510.93(P〈0.05);到位排除率为57.55%,不同类型患者到位排除率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10 982.34,P〈0.05)。结论湖北省疑似肺结核患者到位率有所提升,仍需进一步加强医防合作,提高结防机构业务能力,加大宣传力度,降低到位排除率。
Objective To analyze the reporting,referral and tracking situation of pulmonary tuberculosis and suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients reported by non-TB control institutions,and discuss further improvements of the method. Methods The referral rates,tracing rates,tracing arrival rates and exclusion rates of different types of pulmonary tuberculosis patients( laboratory confirmed cases,clinical diagnosis cases and suspected cases) were compared in Hubei Province from 2010 to 2015. Data were analyzed by SPSS11. 5. Data collected from the special field supervision were also analyzed. Results The referral rate was 54. 98%,the difference was statistically significant( χ^2= 288. 76,P〈0. 05) in different types of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. The tracing rate and arrival rate were 99. 54% and 90. 66% respectively. However,the tracing rate and tracing arrival rate in different types patients were not of significant differences( χ^2= 15. 60,P〈0. 05,χ^2= 1510. 93,P〈0. 05). The exclusion rate was 57. 55%,in different types of pulmonary tuberculosis the difference of exclusion rate was of statistical significance( χ^2= 10982. 34,P〈0. 05).Conclusion The arrival rate of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Hubei Province was somewhat improved. However,the cooperation between TB-and non-TB institutions needed strengthening,the professional ability of TB-institutions should be enhanced,and health education ought to be greatly promoted,so as to decrease the rate of exclusion.
