摘要 目的对动物性样品中多种生物胺同时检测技术研究进展进行综述。方法对近年来国内外相关文献进行归纳和总结。结果高效液相色谱法是最常用的生物胺分析方法,离子色谱法是所有生物胺分析方法中最便捷的。毛细管区带电泳技术分析生物胺时不需要衍生化过程。生物传感器该技术处于研究阶段,尚未有效普及。酶联免疫测定方法仅适用于总生物胺的测定。结论在同时分析多种生物胺时,应根据实验条件和目的来选择、优化最佳的分析检测条件。 Objective The research progress of simultaneous detection of various biogenic amines in animal samples was reviewed in this paper. Methods The related reference at home and abroad in recent years was summarized and concluded. Results High performance liquid chromatography was the most commonly used analytical technique of biogenic amines at present. Direct determination by ion chromatography was the most convenient one in all detection methods for multiple biogenic amines. Zone electrophoresis capillary technique could be directly used to analyze biogenic amines without derivatization. The application of biosensor technology was still in the stage of research,and was not yet been popularized. The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was only applicable for the detection of total amine. Conclusion When analyzing various biogenic amines in animal samples,it is necessary to be based on the experimental conditions and purpose to select and optimize the analytical method.
