摘要
人力资本在现代企业管理中的作用越来越突出,更多企业开始关注人力资本的开发与维护,员工幸福感建设作为有效缓解员工工作压力、提升工作积极性与绩效产出的重要途径受到越来越多企业的关注。以海底捞人本管理体系为案例研究对象,通过基于人-组织匹配的视角,本文分析了服务型企业员工幸福感构建的基本机制,并得出两点讨论:(1)员工与组织间的匹配是一个动态的交互过程,要把握两者的动态性;(2)如何把握人-组织匹配"度"的问题将会成为未来员工幸福感建设的重要内容。本文对服务型企业构建员工幸福感将有所借鉴。

Haidilao humanistic management system for the case study object, through based on the perspective of people - tissue matching, this paper analyzed the basic mechanism to construct the service-oriented enterprise employee well-being, and discuss two points: (1) the match between employees and organization is a dynamic interaction process, to grasp the dynamics of the two; And (2) how to grasp the people - fit "degree" problem will become the important content of the construction of the future employees' well-being. This paper will give advice to the service-oriented enterprises to build employee well-being.
