摘要
平衡劳动力市场灵活性与安全性是各国进行劳动力市场改革所不懈追求的重要目标,劳动力市场灵活性与安全性极大地影响国民经济的运行效率与社会的和谐稳定。本文主要回顾了劳动力市场灵活性与安全性的制度性决定因素、灵活性与安全性所产生的市场绩效、如何在二者之间寻求平衡的研究成果,对这些文献的总结有助于加强人们对于劳动力市场政策利弊的认识,为我国就业保护立法和劳动力市场制度建设和完善提供决策依据。
Balancing labor market flexibility and security is an important goal of every country reforming the Labor market, labor market flexibility and security greatly affect the operating efficiency of the national economy and social harmony and stability. This article mainly reviews the institutional determinant of labor market flexibility and security, the market performance of flexibility and security and the research result of how to seek a balance between flexibility and security.
