马化腾的个人特质与核心管理思想体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 马化腾是中国互联网企业家中的杰出代表,他带领腾讯从一家名不见经传的小公司,成长为我国最大的互联网平台公司之一。腾讯的成长过程及马化腾的核心管理思想对互联网企业的生存和发展具有重要的借鉴意义。本研究梳理了马化腾和腾讯的成长过程,分析了马化腾的个人特质,总结了马化腾的核心管理思想,即复制式创新、灰度法则、连接思想和三问哲学。最后,本研究分析了马化腾的个人特质与其核心管理思想的之间的关系,探讨了其具有的理论意义与实践启示,提出互联网企业应转变传统思维模式,在进入新市场时应小心谨慎,培养极致精神,构建生态型组织,通过不断创新来获得差异性竞争优势。 Ma is a prominent representative of China's Interact entrepreneurs, he led the Teneent from a little-known small companies, to grow up to be one of the biggest Internet platform in China. Tencent's growth process, and the core of the Ma' s management thoughts of Interact enterprise's survival and development has the vital significance. This research combed the Ma and Tencent's growth process, analyzes the personal qualities, summarize the core management ideas, which are copy innovation, gray law, connecting ideas, 3q philosophies. Finally, this study analyzes the relationship between Ma' s personality and his core management ideological system, probes into its significance of Intemet companies. Intemet companies should change the traditional mode of thinking, should be cautious when entering new markets, develop the ultimate spirit, build ecological organization, through constant innovation to gain competitive advantage.
