摘要
本文以HXD21000系新八轴和谐型电力机车整机新造监造项目为背景,从以往的机车车辆验收职能转变为监造,首次在机车车辆行业提出设备监造的理念,分别从产品合同研判、技术交底、监造交底、过程核查、竣工移交等方面开展监造服务,为提高机车车辆制造水平提供有力保障。
By taking as an example the supervision over the manufacturing of the latest model of HXD21000 series 8-axis locomotive, this paper introduces the transformation from acceptance check to manufacturing supervision. From contract assessment, technical clarification, supervision, process verification to completion handover, the principle of consulting engineering is finally put forward in the making of locomotives to provide a strong guarantee for higher quality of the rolling stock.
