设备监理企业参与供应商前期考察工作的思考

大型项目建设周期长、工序繁杂、交叉内容多,进度与质量难以得到有效保证。严格保证供应商按期保质保量地供货是大型项目正常开展的先决条件。随着"一带一路"建设推进,进入国际市场后将会对项目管理提出更高的挑战,同时对供应商的要求也将更加严苛。为此,文章从实际出发,结合南京三方与某大型集团合作──联合考察潜在供应商情况及实际监造过程中的案例,对设备监理企业参与供应商前期考察工作进行了探讨,就如何对供应商进行更加有效的前期考察,从3个方面进行了详细的阐述。

A big project has longer construction period, complicated process and multiple crossed content. Thus, it is difficult to control the schedule and quality of the project. A precondition for a smooth start-up of a big project is timely supply of quality equipment. If a company is going to join the One Belt ＆ One Road building, it will have to meed higher demand for project management in the international market and the requirements for equipment supplier are also oppressive. Nanjing Sanfang Chemical Equipment Supervision Co.,Ltd and a large group company made a joint investigation into the potential equipment suppliers. Using this case and the practice of manufacturing supervision, this paper discusses from three aspects how to make more effective participation for equipment consulting engineers in the prophase investigation of suppliers.
