摘要
本文通过分析几个供水及污水处理项目中设备监理存在的问题,提出以严格招标、落实总监理负责制、建立诚信库、加强技术沟通等建议措施,达到管理出成效的目的。
Through the analysis of some problems consulting engineers meet in supervising the equipment for water supply and sewage treatment projects, the author puts forward suggestions on strict tender, implementation of system of chief supervisor responsibility, establishment of integrity records and better technical communications so as to reach more effective management.
