有机酸在动物生产中应用的研究进展

Research Progress on Application of Organic Acids in Animal Production

随着养殖业的集约化和规模化程度越来越高,动物源性食品和公共卫生安全等问题变得尤为突出。有机酸特别是酚酸类化合物,作为饲料添加剂和抑菌制剂被添加到动物的饲料中正逐步被广大畜牧兽医工作者所青睐。本文就有机酸(特别是酚酸类化合物)的作用机理、在动物生产上的应用以及影响作用效果的因素等方面进行综述,并对其研究前景进行展望。

With the increasing degree of intensification and scale of animal husbandry,the issues on animal food and public health security have become particularly prominent.Organic acids,especially phenolic acids,as feed additives and antimicrobial agents are added to the animal feed,which is gradually being favored by the majority of animal husbandry and veterinary workers.In this paper,the mechanism of organic acids（especially phenolic acids）,the application in animal production,the factors affecting the effect of organic acids and the research prospects are discussed.
