摘要
民族文化学校传承自民族地区开办学校即已存在,但其有效模式深度全面探讨一直不多。本文分析全国521个民族文化学校传承案例,调查188名民族地区教师、3838名民族地区学生,访谈17位民族文化传承学校负责人和33名学生,探讨民族文化学校传承实然模式,结合笔者思考分析,提出应然模式可能。
Ethnic Culture Inheritance in Schools initiated from the establishment of schooling in ethnic regions, however, the effective patterns of the inheritance has not been thoroughly analysed. This paper tried to analyse 521 cases of ethnic culture inheritance in ethnic schools, and investigate 188 teachers and 3838 students in ethnic regions, and interview 17 head teachers and 33 students in ethnic schools, in order to explore the practical patterns of ethnic culture inheritance in schools. With the findings of the analysis and author' s considerate thinking, a set of ought-to patterns have been proposed.
