词块教学法在艺术类本科生英语写作中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 如何提高艺术类本科生大学生的写作能力一直是外语教学与研究领域的热点话题。以词块理论为基础,尝试把词块教学法应用到艺术类本科生大学英语写作教学中,探讨词块教学法的有效性和可行性。研究结果显示:词块教学法适合英语基础薄弱的艺术生;词块教学法是提高艺术类本科生写作水平的有效手段,它不仅有利于提高学生的词块意识,而且能够增强学生英语写作兴趣和自信心。 h has been a hot issue to improve the writing ability of the arts undergraduates in the field of foreign language teaching and research. In recent years, the rapid development of the chunk theory has provided a new insight into English writing instruction. On the basis of the chunk theory, this study aims to explore the feasibihty and "~alidit2~ of the chunk approach in arts undergraduates' English writing instruction. First, the chunk approach is suitable for arts undergraduates who are generally poor in English. Second, it proved to be an effective way for arts undergraduates to improve English writing. The findings also show that the students' chunk awareness has been raised. What is more, it is beneficial to enhance students' interest and confidence in English writing.
