少数民族地区高校辅导员队伍专业化建设探析——以兴义民族师范学院为例

An analyse on the Professional Construction of College Counselors in Minority Areas——take Xingyi Normal Universities as an example

21世纪以来,随着我国经济的飞速发展、建设小康社会工作的全面推进,我国高等教育也进入了标准化、制度化的发展轨道,这对高等学校辅导员队伍专业建设工作也提出了更高的要求。尤其在民族地区,由于教育对象的特殊性,高校辅导员工作有着其自身的特点,本文试从目前高校辅导员队伍专业化建设的必要性出发,结合兴义民族师范学院辅导员队伍现状数据分析,提出了提升少数民族地区辅导员队伍专业化建设的措施建议。

Since twenty-first century,With the rapid development of China＇s economy, and comprehensively promote the construction of a well-off society, Chinese higher education has entered the orbit of the development of standardized and institutionalized, the higher school counselors＇ professional construction work is also put forward to higher requirements.？Especially in the minority ar- eas, because of the particularity of the object of education, College Counselors＇ work has its own characteristics, this paper tries to pre- sent the necessity of the construction of University Instructor＇ specialization, combined with the analysis of data in Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities counselors, put forward proposals for improvement measures of construction of the ranks of professional instructors in minority areas.
