摘要
从当前体育产业发展的人才需求出发,分析我国高职教育中传统校企合作工学结合模式中存在的困难,从现代学徒制的角度对于如何培养适应行业企业需求的体育高职人才进行了探讨。
Starting from the demand of the current sports industry development, the analysis of traditional university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education in our country the difficulty in work-integrated learning mode, from the Angle of modern apprenticeship for how to train the sports vocational talents to meet the needs of industry enterprises are discussed in this paper.
