摘要
医师多点执业推广多年来未得到医师的积极响应,新一轮的医改政策对此提出了愈发迫切的要求,因此探求医师多点执业的影响因素具有现实意义。已有的关于医师多点执业选择影响因素的研究多局限于定性分析,而少的数实证研究又缺乏经济学模型的支撑。本文在运用静态和动态劳动经济学模型找到影响医师多点执业的主要因素的基础之上,通过实证研究对找到的影响因素加以验证。结果显示,流动成本、职业性人力资本投资偏好以及工作时间这三类因素对医师的多点执业选择有显著的影响。
The idea that doctors working at different places does not get a active response. The new round of medical reform policy put forward dire need for this, therefore, the impacting factors is of practical meaning. Most of the existing affecting fac- tors are qualitative analysis, while some data empirical research is lacking the support of economics model. This paper is to look for the main factors affecting doctors working in different places via static and dynamic labor economics model, then examine through empirical research. The result shows that flowing cost and human resource investment preference and working time has significant impact on occupation choice.
