安徽某三级医院医改前后四种常见病住院费用对比分析

The comparative analysis of inpatient costs of a tertiary hospital in Anhui province before and after medical reform

目的对医改前后住院费用及其构成进行比较分析,研究医疗体制改革对住院费用的影响并提出对策。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2014年4—5月份和2015年4—5月份收治病人及住院费用资料进行比较分析,并采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果医改后,各病种人均住院费用变化不大,医疗费用结构比例发生变化,手术费、护理费、治疗费、材料费、其他费用上涨,药品费大幅度下降。结论医改提高了医务人员技术劳动价值,各病种住院费用构成逐步合理,但是医院要进一步规范管理和治疗,严格控制检查费、材料费、其他费用,努力降低住院患者的住院费用。

Objective：To make the comparative analysis of the structure of inpatient costs before and after medical re-form,and study the impact of medical reform on the cost of hospitalization and put forward countermeasures. Methods：U-sing retrospective survey method,comparative analysis of the data of patients and hospitalization expenses of the periods from April to May in 2014 and from April to May in 2015 and the statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS software. Results：There was little change of per capita inpatient costs of each disease after medical reform,but the structure of inpa-tient costs changed. Operating expenses,nursing expenses,treatment fees,materials fees,other costs rose. Drug expenses decreased significantly. Conclusion：Medical reform has improved the technical labor value of medical personnel,and the hospitalization expenses of each disease is reasonable. Howeveer,the hospital should further standardize the management and treatment,strictly control inspection fees,materials fees and other costs to reduce the hospitalization cost.
