摘要
目的制备一种基于聚己内酯/二氧化硅(PCL/SiO_2)复合材料的骨科固定材料。方法以PCL为基质,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为交联剂,气相法二氧化硅为增强剂,采用化学交联法制备PCL/SiO_2复合材料,并对其力学性能和热性能进行表征。将PCL/SiO_2复合材料裁制成适宜规格的骨固定材料以初步考察其塑形效果和X射线通透性。结果 PCL/SiO_2复合材料的强度较PCL明显改善,复合材料中PCL的结晶熔融温度为56℃。目标材料60℃即可软化塑形,且其X射线通透性优于石膏绷带。结论目标材料是一种理想的骨科固定材料,有望在临床上替代石膏绷带和小夹板。
Objective:To prepare a kind of orthopedics fixation material based on poly(ε-caprolactone)/ fumed silica (PCL/ SiO2 )composite. Methods:PCL/ SiO2 composite was prepared by chemical crosslinking,using benzoyl peroxide (BPO)as initiator,fumed silica as reinforcing agent. The mechanical and thermal properties of the composites were stud-ied. Orthopedics fixation material was made of PCL/ SiO2 composite with suitable size for preliminary study of its shaping effect and X ray permeability. Results:Compared with PCL,the mechanical strength of PCL/ SiO2 composites was signifi-cantly improved. The crystalline melting temperature of PCL in the composite was 56 ℃ . The objective material was sof-tened and shaped at 60 ℃ and its X ray permeability was better than plaster bandage. Conclusion:The objective material is an ideal material for orthopedics fixation and it can be expected to replace plaster bandage and small splint in clinic.
